I've been playing the game for 8 years now, and my highest rank was Master LP. I was also rank 3 on LeBlanc last season. Some of the links on this page are affiliate links, meaning, at no additional cost to you, I will earn a commission if you click through and make a purchase.

Edit Heat is a gating mechanic unique to Rumble's Junkyard Titan that is intended to limit up-time but, like Energy , does not have an indefinite down-time. Heat is not required to cast abilities and is instead generated on-ability-cast, with Overheating preventing users from performing certain actions for a set time.
Some champions use Health as a resource to cast abilities. It is critical to note that champions can never kill themselves due to ability casting. This is because they will be left at 1 health if their current health is below the cost.
Abilities that cost health can be used even if the champion does not have enough health to pay for the cost. While these champions can cast their abilities more freely than most, their disadvantage is that frequent ability usage will bring them closer to taking fatal damage. Health costs ignore invulnerability as well as effects that prevent falling below a certain health value. Besides Ivern and Sion , each of these champions have at least one ability capable of restoring their health :.
Some champions use the secondary bar to display some ability effects to track them better, in place of a resource. Edit Flow is a resource that must be generated before being usable, compared to Mana that exists in some quantity beforehand. It is represented beneath the health bar that is blue until filled, and then white.
Unlike Fury and its variants, however, Flow is not affected by the unit's combat status. With only one example of Flow , the validity of this exception may be called into question in the future. The deck makes an incredible amount of discard fodder between its two Champions and Ballistic Bot, and the fodder also has real in-game applications, allowing the strategy additional flexibility. This deck is able to set up respectable swing turns with Tri-Beam Improbulator, and it can deal a surprising amount of damage out of nowhere with Nyandroids, Poro Cannons, and cheap buffs created by its Champions. The strategy is highly synergistic, with most cards fulfilling more than one job in the deck.
A new take on the classic Targon Lee archetype, this build moves away from Zed and the additional protection provided by Targon to take on a more aggressive shell. Blade Fragments are incredibly useful to Lee Sin, Leveling him cheaply while giving him additional attack and Overwhelm at Burst speed. It is not uncommon for this strategy to start turn 7 with Lee Sin at three or four stacks, only to end it by Leveling him while setting up lethal and leaving mana up for Deny.
This version of Lee Sin combo tends to play about a turn faster than the more traditional builds of the deck. All of this power comes at the cost of the protection spells offered by Targon, however, and that truthfully gives up on a lot of consistency.
Outside of losing Bastion to protect your Lee on the kill turn, the strategy loses access to the additional cycle effects provided by Pale Cascade and Guiding Touch. Considering how reliant this deck is on drawing its Champions, this is truly an expensive cost to pay for the power of the runic blade. Riven is certainly an interesting Champion addition to Legends of Runeterra.
She seems to fit into a handful of different styles and strategies, but thus far, none of them seem to be dominant. As it stands now, she is a fun build-around Champion with a handful of uses. Her Blade Fragments challenge the player to utilize them correctly, providing the player with multiple decisions throughout the game. It will be interesting to see how the metagame progresses for Riven and what the strongest strategy for her will turn out to be.
I have played Hearthstone, Shadowverse, and Magic, all at a master level. I also once beat Chuck Norris on the Hearthstone ladder. Currently, I am playing Legends of Runeterra and am completely hooked.
